Ben is the fourth generation of his family to be involved as a co-owner of the business. A native of Danville, he possess a great understanding of and pride in the the community, its history, and its residents. After graduating from Transylvania University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Ben returned home to begin his real estate career. Now a licensed Real Estate Broker Prudential Guerrant Real Estate’s Principal Broker, he lives in Danville with his wife Laura, a professional photographer, and their son Benjamin. Ben’s experience has led to his involvement in many civic and professional organizations. Serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Kentucky Association of REALTORS® since 2001, he has twice served as its president. Ben is also the Treasurer for the Danville/Boyle County Chamber of Commerce, Wilderness Trace Child Development Center Board President, Elder and Chair of the Administrative Board at First Christian Church Disciples of Christ, Heart of Kentucky United Way Day of Caring Committee Chair, Boyle County Public Library Board Director, a member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, and was voted REALTOR® of the year by his peers in 2002. Ben hopes to follow in the successful footsteps of his parents, grandparents, and great-grandfather through his continued success and committed involvement in the community.
